On a similar note, I know that most teenagers love training their chest and biceps alone. However, it is paramount to have stronger legs. A pair of strong legs are like strong pillars—basic foundation.
Moreover, don’t ever procrastinate and postpone your leg workout. I know that you hate training legs. So, execute your leg workout in the beginning of the week. The reason–Mark Twain rightly says, “If it’s your job to eat a frog, it’s best to do it first thing in the morning. And if it’s your job to eat two frogs, it’s best to eat the biggest one first.”
I am firm believer in what Mark Twin says. For the same reason we continue to train legs on Mondays. On the flip-side, if I ask my gym clients to train legs on the weekend most of them won’t turn up. So, perform your toughest task first.
