Way To Go

I present Latha, who has been frequenting the gym since 5   years.  However, off late she has been able to show her physical prowess in the gym.  One of the most efficient way to say that a gym client is strong is to know how much they deadlift.  Latha now deadlifts a whopping 80 kilograms.

Moreover, this lady is surely an embodiment of courage.  We are proud of this highly motivated mother of two children, as this working lady has shown unmatched commitment to get strong and fit.   I am sure that she has much more milestones to conquer.   Perhaps, a 100 kilograms deadlift is not far.  Way to go, lady.
