Troubleshooting.

I am pleased to state that I have assisted an individual to squat better, for he can now complete the range of motion with ease. At the same time, I am feeling annoyed, for I could have video recorded the before and after status of the individual. Anyhow, the individual I am referring to is a Doctor (Shyam) who checks in to my gym, religiously.
He had very tight hamstring, for he was not able to squat with a deep knee bend. The tightness in his hamstring didn’t allow him to squat, at the least, parallel to the ground. I adviced him to stretch his hamstring more often. And after few weeks of loosening his hamstring, it is heartening to watch him squat and go below parallel. Training advice given which perhaps is of little importance but when has helped an individual to a beneficial level gives you a sense of accomplishment. It is what drives us to be better at what we do.
PS: As a trainer, training individuals to either lose fat or to get buffed gives minuscule pleasure but troubleshooting gives immense delight.
