I after a few months of nursing my knee injury I reverted back to full fledged sprinting, for my knee seems to have fully recuperated. Though I am relatively slow in executing the cone drills I relished today’s opportunity. In fact, it felt heavenly to participate in the cone drills, and, in addition, also sensed that my right elbow had recovered, for I was able to perform the much loved burpee, as a finisher, without any discomfort.
