Reverse Hyper Extension Machine.

I have added a new training modality at my gym.  I am forever geared up in adding any equipment, whichever I feel to be of functional benefit.  As you know by now that I am not a big fan of machines, but there are a few of them which I feel is mandatory for a gym:  The lat pull down machine, seated rows, hyper extension, squat rack, and reverse hyper extension machine. As stated above, I have seen that all these have genuine functional benefit.

I am now fortunate to have added the reverse hyper extension machine to my training arsenal. Louie Simmons, a world class Powerlifter, and who owns the Westside Barbell Club, which has produced numerous world champions, distinctly endorses the use of the reverse hyper extension machine.  When a man of Louie Simmons’s stature expresses fascination towards a machine, it should be of some significance.  In support of the above stated machine, Louie Simmons states, “The reverse hyper machine will not only build the hamstrings, glutes, and spinal erectors but also traction the lower back by rotating the sacrum and rehydrating the disks.”

I know that the above statement by Louie Simmons sounds too exaggerated.  I keep my fingers crossed, for I am entirely depending on my clientele feedback to affirm the above said statement by Louie Simmons.  Nevertheless, I have to state that a few of us are finding it to be of some assistance.

You can enjoy viewing the action, which was shot at Ironcult in the morning.
