Old Age a Number

Another old man proves that old age is a number. Moreover, tyre flipping a 220 kilogram by a 70 year old man is immensely impressive. On a similar note, do you want to remain mobile and healthy at a ripe age? If the answer is yes then continue to work your body vigorously—weight training, running, dancing, yoga, swimming, etc. Remember that your bodies need nourishment, and the nourishment is provided by physical activity and healthy food.

Just like mind control, body must also be under our control, which again, comes back to the will of the mind.
Such stories lend hope that one can aim to be healthy and agile at any age while yet being sensitive to one’s body.
