Motivation from the Sport of Boxing

Boxing is a sport that I am fascinated to watch. Any contact sport brings the best in you. You are challenged and you are instinctively at your best. However, many blame that boxing should be banned for the known reasons. I don’t want to get to the legality of that debate. As a mere spectator I enjoy the sport of boxing. Moreover, boxing requires overall fitness. You have to call in different attributes of fitness into the ring at the same time: Strength, speed, endurance, strength-speed, power, agility, balance, accuracy, coordination, stamina (repeatability of endurance).
You see that boxing requires you to be the best in many areas. In a sense, you require ultimate fitness. I now want to ask you a question. Who do you think is a better athlete? A fighter (boxer), a powerlifter, or a marathon runner?
Anyway, before answering me watch the video. It will give you goosebumps. Raise the volume of your speakers.
