This is Manohar Aich. If you watch the video, you will know who he is. Many years ago when this man was in his late eighties or early nineties I saw a video, where he had performed many repetitions of abdomen wheel rollouts. I vividly remember that the execution was perfect. By the way, not many of us can master the abdomen wheel rollouts. It is unfortunate that I cannot find that video for you to watch. It is an irony, as many of us do not recognize the legend. It is also saddening to know that not much information exists pertaining to him.
I wish him a belated Happy Birthday. He turned 100 years old on Sunday the 17th of March. I salute him and wish him all the very best.
