Light-Weight Indian Clubs.
I have introduced a new piece of training equipment in my fitness facility. It is a pair of light-weight Indian clubs. I felt them necessary to include them in my training regimen. In particular, I researched more on mobility drills, which I felt were the missing links in my training regimen. I found that I was injuring myself quite often. As you know that getting injured can be quite depressing.
Mobility drills aid in releasing synovial fluid to the joints, which in turn lubricates the joints. When the body begins to warm-up, its temperature rises and the synovial fluid begins to take a more viscous consistency becoming a lubricant within the joints. When the body is not moving, the synovial fluid resembles a thick paste or gel. You can imagine an engine running without oil. It cannot function smoothly. Likewise, a thorough warm-up is essential for the synovial fluid to protect the joints from injury. We all have heard of cases where people get injured because they have not performed warm-ups. A gentle warm-up allows the muscles to receive greater blood flow which delivers oxygen to all parts of the body. So that the heart rate and body temperature increases gradually. This heightened state of activity will also affect the joints by warming and thinning the synovial fluid, which allows it to better protect the joints. This becomes more important as we age, as the body requires more time to warm-up.
To my relief, as a result of employing these mobility drills, I can see that injuries are no longer troubling me. So I thought of adding these Indian clubs, for they help in performing mobility drills by adding little resistance. After performing light mobility drills we can move forward my adding little resistance, which can be achieved by operating on resistance bands and light-weight clubs. These training instruments help in priming up the body for a productive workout right after the mobility drills.
Enjoy the pictures.

A very good inclusion to your exercise routine Sir. I, personally got an opportunity to know how important ‘warm-ups’ are before starting with heavy exercises. Regular and increasing exercises are most often referred to as ways of torturing one’s body but when one understands the right way of work-out & sincerely practices it, only then he/she will be able to benefit his/her body and maintain good body with good health! According to me, a thorough warm-up is more similar to a draft copy before moving on to the final and revised document; only in warm-up we can can rejuvenate our resting muscles and body cells.
Well, you can consider that way. But in most of the cases, it is realized late.
