Ironcult Rocks At The Palace Grounds.

Phew! Well, my gym folks and I turned on the heat at the palace grounds. I cannot divulge much about why we went there, but all I can say is that a few like-minded fitness buffs (including I) are on the verge in finalizing to conduct boot camp training at the Palace (NRA) grounds. Also, we were invited to workout in the palace grounds, and the video should tell it all. My gym clients and I enjoyed working out at the grounds, as the place is extremely serene.
