I know that most of you will not watch this video for it is more than 10 minutes. Nevertheless, I will post it. You have to at least watch the first minute of the video. It will state the entire story. But please try to watch the video in its entirety.

By the way, hats off to Craig Dietz for whatever he has achieved. He has worked his way against all odds. What do you think is the take home message? To stop complaining. What is so special about Craig? Watch the video to obtain an answer.
