Do you want beautiful radiant skin? Everybody likes to have softer looking skin per se. Udo Erasmus, the renowned nutrionist, writer, and lecturer, states that beautiful skin requires EFA’s (essential fatty acids). He further adds in his comprehensive book titled Fats that Heal and Fat that Kills that skin rightly nourished with EFA’s is smoother, feels softer, is infected less easily, and looks radiant. It also ages more slowly and remains wrinkle-free longer.

Moreover, you should know that human skin becomes drier with age. This condition is worse in winter than in summer as cold weather causes oils to flow less freely. This condition is easily cured by using oil that flows easily—EFA’s.

Not to forget the other nutritional factors that help make skin beautiful include vitamin A, zinc, silicon, sulphur, vitamin E, and vitamin C. Last but not the least; exercise is one of the best ways to make skin glow by removing toxins and improving circulation.

Lastly, Udo Erasmus states, “While the entire nutritional program is important to healthy skin, EFA’s hold a main key to skin that is pleasant to look at, beautiful to photograph, and silky to touch.”

PS: Essential fatty acids, or EFAs, are fatty acids that humans and other animals must ingest because the body requires them for good health but cannot synthesize them. Only two fatty acids are known to be essential for humans: alpha-linolenic acid (an omega-3 fatty acid) and linoleic acid (an omega-6 fatty acid). However, now extensive research has established that omega-3 fatty acid consumption is paramount, as omega-6 fatty acids though essential is already consumed excessively. Omega-3 fatty acids are found in fish such as, Salmon, Mackerel, Sardine, etc. It is also found in flax seed and walnut. Include them in your daily diet and reap the benefit. Moreover, omega-3 fatty acids are now available as daily supplement in soft gels, which is convenient to consume.
