Life’s Little Emergencies.

I had a bad fall today morning. Fortunately, nothing untoward happened. My lower limbs has minor bruises and gluteal muscle may hurt tomorrow, for they bore the brunt of the fall. I have heard stories where many of them have broken their lumbar vertebrae when they have come across accidents where they have had a mere fall. Many of life’s little emergencies like a road accident or a fall in the bathroom can turn out to be devastating to our health and wellbeing.
Behold! Strength training is at rescue, for it has the innate ability to brace our bodies by building a strong musculature around our skeletal structure, which would result in lesser incidents of injuries that are thrust upon us. I very well know that these occurrences would be unnoticed , but we can overcome this shortcoming by shielding our bodies with a strong musculature. I believe prevention is far far better than cure, for building a strong body is truly preventive.
