Weight Gainers.

I don’t recommend either fat burners or weight gaining powders for any of my gym members. I have spoken about fat burners in an earlier entry, and now I would like to comment on weight gainers in this context. Weight gainers are powders which come in a lot of calories added to them. The specific purpose of a weight gainer is to support skimpy guys by providing the extra calories they need to gain weight. But providing too many calories which weight gaining powders serve up to, they may cause fat gain in an individual. In other words, you may end up gaining more fat than muscle. For the same reason, skinny guys should not try to gain muscle over a short period of time. Though beginners can gain muscle at a rapid rate provided they workout well and support their bodies with good food, but trying to do it in a short time may not prove good in terms of muscle gain. On the other hand, they will have to gradually increase their caloric intake by taking note of their body measurement. In simple terms, girth of their arms, thighs, chest, back, and shoulders should all increase and at the same time their waistline should remain the same or may gain a few inches. The above mentioned factors assure that the individual is gaining weight in the right method.

Beginners can gain a lot of muscle without gaining any fat. This can be achieved by a workout based on compound movements, eating good food with lots of protein in it, and by resting well.
