Didn’t I say that movement is nourishment to the physical body? Well, now believe me. The grand old lady just proved me right. She is Bhanumati Roa, and aged 92 years. What do you think has kept her moving at this ripe old age? It has to be movement through dance. So folks understand that the body is meant to move.
