This is what regular physical training can do to you. Irrespective of your age, if you persist you can be fit and healthy for a lifetime. At the same time, I would like to state that not many of us can perform the drills that the 64 year old Korean Judo Master is executing. Now, don’t be a fool to imitate him. It will take many years of consistent practice to perform those drills.
