I am always amazed whenever I witness an older athlete embrace a fitness lifestyle. We have seen several older athletes reclaiming their fitness by lifting weights. In the video below, you can see a 70 year old man pulling 640 pounds. Examples of this kind reaffirm my faith in lifting weights. Weight training is not only for young men to flaunt muscles. Older men and women can also benefit from weight training to maintain health and fitness.
