New Add-On.

As you can view in the adjoining video, I have added three light weight bars to my training facility. Learning the Olympic and the preparatory lifts can turnout to be difficult with a standard bar. For example, any beginner to Olympic lifts will find the overhead squat extremely difficult to execute. It not only is challenging on your shoulders but also tests your hip flexibility. Tripping the bar is a commonality in this exercise, for you are going to feel un-coordinated.

In addition, executing the snatch makes the learning process easier with a light weight bar or a broom stick. Also, the shoulder dislocates performed for increased shoulder mobility can be easily performed with these light weight bars. Whereas, learning the above stated movements with an Olympic bar, which weighs 20 kilos, makes the task extremely difficult.

PS: The Olympic snatch shown in the video is deliberately performed slowly, but in actuality it is executed in an accelerated pace.
