A Healthy Lifestyle.
The answer to leading a healthy lifestyle is to exercise regularly and eat a well balanced diet. A beginner to exercise may worry about certain aspects of his physique such as building a huge bicep when it comes to men and women would go gaga about having lean butt and legs, but as time flies he/she will start to think about integrating all other factors leading to a healthy lifestyle. If it is a crappy diet he/she will try to rectify it, for exercise motivates him for a change. For example, all I thought when I started training was eating loads of protein, as I was told that protein is the one which builds muscle. Protein does builds muscle, but several other nutrients do have their significance is structuring a well balanced diet leading to radiant health, for being healthy is not only about building big bicep. Now, don’t go crazy and examine whatever is on the plate, rather be attentive in eating a well balanced diet which would contain complex carbohydrates, protein, healthy fats, fiber, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and omega 3 fatty acids. All the above nutrients perform a powerful part in a diet. Also, try to eliminate eating junk food from your diet.
Lastly, I would like to share a lighter moment with you, for I have frequently come across this misunderstanding. Many of them who join my gym have told me that they eat protein regularly because they consume vegetables and fruits. I literally laugh when I listen to this statement. Vegetables and fruits do not contain protein. Of course, certain vegetables like legumes and cereals do contain protein. But fruits and vegetables are not the ideal source of protein; whereas, milk, eggs, meat, fish, and sprouts are the primary sources of protein.
PS: Eliminating the consumption of alcohol and nicotine is also paramount for a healthy lifestyle.
