Age Related Videos.

I have posted several age related videos earlier in the blog. As a follow up to my previous blog entry relating to age, I thought of posting few of the videos which I had posted earlier hoping that you will enjoy viewing them again.

Sister Madonna Buder: Age 77.

Dominic: 67 years old.

Frank: 95 years old.

Winifred Pristell: 70 years old.

Gayle: 67 years old.

George Bernard Shaw had rightly said, ““We don’t stop playing because we grow old; we grow old because we stop playing.”

Looking at all the above examples, why do you think you should stop exercising? You will lose it if you don’t use it. So, please treat your body respectfully, and look after it by giving it’s life back. Do not take it for granted. Re-energize it by exercising regularly.
